What to bring

Please bring your pickup confirmation email, the name used on the order, and a valid photo ID if requested.

When it’s ready

Pickup is available only after your order has been confirmed as ready. Some items may be ready quickly if they are in store, while others may need preparation or transfer time.

Online products can generally be picked up locally when inventory is available. If an item is not currently at the Cordova store, it may require warehouse transfer time before pickup.

When can I pick up my order? +

Pickup is available during store hours after your pickup confirmation has been sent.

Mon–Sat: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sun: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Store hours may vary on holidays or special events.

Can someone pick up for me? +

Yes. They should bring the pickup confirmation and the name used on the order. We may request additional verification if needed.

Can all online products be picked up in store? +

Online products can generally be picked up locally when inventory is available. If the item is already at our Cordova store, pickup may be faster. If it is located in our warehouse, it may need to be transferred before pickup.

What if I need help before pickup? +

Contact the store or customer support before your visit.

What if the item is not currently at the store? +

If an item is not currently available at the Cordova store, we may need to transfer it from our warehouse before pickup. Our team will confirm pickup timing once the order is ready.

Does every product support shipping? +

Not always. Clover Home ships selected items across the U.S., but some larger, fragile, or harder-to-ship home pieces may not be available for standard shipping. Local pickup may be the better option for those items when inventory is available.

Can I come to the store right after placing an order? +

Please wait until your pickup confirmation arrives before visiting. This helps us make sure the item is available, prepared, and ready for pickup.
