Partner Services is where we support collaborators whose work intersects with home, space, hosting, local community, or real-life project execution. That may include designers, home stagers, real estate professionals, short-term rental operators, event hosts, lifestyle brands, and other trusted local partners.
Instead of forcing every relationship into one program, we want to leave room for useful collaboration. Some partnerships may focus on sourcing and product support. Others may center on referrals, small event collaborations, content alignment, or project-based coordination.
Because this part of the business is still taking shape, we are keeping the door open while staying selective. The best fit is a partner whose work feels aligned with the kind of local home and lifestyle ecosystem we are building.

No. Designers are welcome, but we are also interested in adjacent partners whose work meaningfully connects to the home, hosting, or local living.
Can partner services include referrals or co-marketing?
Yes, when the fit is right. Some partnerships may focus on sourcing, while others may include visibility, content, or event support.
Do you work with businesses outside Memphis?
Yes, but our strongest priority is building a meaningful local ecosystem first. Regional and aligned collaborations are still welcome.
How formal is the partner process right now?
At the moment, it is intentionally light. We would rather start with a strong conversation and shape the right next step from there.
